We really appreciated the private balcony overlooking the river. It was a very quiet stay. The price of the room was great. We like our mattress to be a little firmer, but that was no big deal. Breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast. The pancakes, eggs, sausage and potatoes were good. The gravy, not so much. It was pretty watered down. The coffee was also pretty good. We only encountered one employee that could have been a little friendlier. She actually worked during breakfast. (I still left a $5 tip in the jar hoping to make her day a little brighter.) Heat and air in room worked good.

The location was great. It's close enough that you can easily get to everything but far enough that you're away from all the traffic and noise. It was very quiet and peaceful across the river from the main part of the hotel. We loved the balcony that overlooked the river and we were able to feed the geese, ducks and other wildlife that lives on the river bank. It was nice that they provided a bag of wild bird seed. The room was very clean and the kitchenette came in handy for our stay. The unusual layout of the room made it feel like 2 rooms in 1. The rooms really are larger than most. The beds were comfortable but if you're picky about pillows, I'd recommend bringing your own. We were given plenty of towels and washclothes, our soaps were restocked daily. Overall it's a nice hotel and great for family trips.

The breakfast was the standard hotel fare, but it was good enough to start the day. The coffee was good. The rooms are clean and everything worked. There was plenty of hot water and the a/c kept the room at a good temperature for sleeping. I liked the layout of the room that separated the beds. Staying with family, it felt like there were separate spaces. The balcony was nice also.

We booked a king room which was located across the river from the registration office. The rooms were huge, beds divided by the bathroom. Balcony was nice, pretty view of the river. It was close to the main strip and all of the attractions. Trolley stop located on premise.

A rustic little hotel in Pigeon Forge. The rooms were neat and clean, with a balcony overlooking the creek. A short drive, or healthy walk, to shops and attractions in Pigeon Forge. We drove to Patriot Park (free parking) and took a 15-minute shuttle bus to Dollywood. So a great place to stay if you're hitting the theme parks. Breakfast was basic, with smaller cooked options, but enough to get your day going. The rooms were spacious with good facilities (shower, sink, TV, really comfy bed, ironing, hair dryer) and had shower essentials (body wash, shampoo and conditioner). The ducks were a nice wake-up call in the mornings. As the hotel is a little further down, it was super quiet and peaceful. We took an Uber to Gatlinburg one evening and that seemed louder with more to do on the main street. However, we were on a short stay before moving on and the Creekstone gave us everything we needed. The decor is a little dated and basic, but we are not people to fuss over that. It's very much you get what you get, but it's nice. 24 hour reception and free parking too! I would recommend.

Room was great. Loved the balcony and the view of the creek/river and the beautiful ducks. The bed was so soft and relaxing. The breakfast was really good too. Parking was okay. We always stay here for the fall rod run car show in September and we love we can walk up to the main road and see the cars/trucks up and down both sides of the road. We always come to Pigeon forge for the car show but we are wanting to come back for a few visit that doesn't included the car show and we plan to stay at Creek stone Inn.

Everything stayed there before it’s excellent location to go to where you wanna go to. The staff is very friendly. I would say it’s probably the best hotel. I’ve stayed at.

This was my 2nd time staying at Creekstone & I absolutely love it. I love the balconies that overlook the creek below & being able to listen to the water early in the morning to late at night is so peaceful & wonderful. The beds are so comfy, the breakfast is great & to me its conveniently located on the outer edge of Pigeon Forge away from the big bulk of most of the traffic, which cuts down on noise tremendously. When I sit out on the balcony, I feel like I'm in the country somewhere not in Pigeon Forge a block off the strip.

The food was good and the staff was very friendly. The scenery was beautiful and the wild life in the stream was absolutely stunning. We had an eagle fly past our balcony and it was just breath taking. The price was very reasonable and affordable and the bed was comfortable.
